Blood Donation Camp

What better way to lend a helping hand to society than donating blood to needy people? Most people want to contribute to society. We organize blood donation camps and give others the opportunity to be involved in them. Our organization organizes blood from time to time to reduce the crisis of blood when common people need that. Support for the blood donation camp is the perfect way to cater to the blood of nowadays. Organizing these camps on a regular basis brings a smile to the face of people and saves human beings. the purpose of blood donation camps is to get suitable donors whose blood will be safe for the recipients. We try to spread awareness of the importance of blood donation camps around our communities.

Educational Work

We have done work related to education in 10 Panchayats of Rishabhdev Tehsil. Under this, the school committees formed at the village level have been made responsible for running the education system smoothly at the village level. For this, training and the educational tour were also done by the committees. Along with this, observation of the school is also done on regular basis through the committee. Those who are not able to come to school have also been made literate by the institution through literacy camps. Under this, skill training was given to 65 youths, in which efforts have also been made to connect the left with livelihood by conducting interviews in house wiring, motorcycle repairing, mobile repairing, and other companies.

Forestry and Environment-Related Works

The organization has worked for the maintenance and management of public resources through the committees formed at the village level. Under this, the village itself, along with the Forest Department, organized an awareness rally on protecting the forest. In which initiative was taken to secure women and forests. Along with this, the work of planting 5840 saplings was also done. Efforts were made by the organization to bring awareness through training about the cooperation of animals, birds, and animals found in the forest in balancing the environment. On the occasion of Environment Day, 10-10 saplings were planted in every school and every family took a pledge to preserve the saplings.

Health-Related Work

We have focused on taking care of the health of people of rural areas. We take the help of a medical team formed by specialized doctors. The professional team checks the health of people and prescribes medications if needed. The health camp is focused to take care of the health of people who belongs to rural areas Health is the most important thing. We work To make women aware and to participate in the implementation of National Family Welfare – Free and appropriate medical treatment to the general public.

Panchayat Reforms

Our organization has taken a special initiative towards strengthening Panchayati Raj. we have given efforts to explain the role of Panchayat-level permanent committees through training and educational tours. Along with this, their role in the village development plan and their importance for the improvement of the Panchayat were also highlighted. Initiatives were taken to ensure the participation of women as well as the participation of rural members in the direction of empowering the Gram Sabha. Women Empowerment

Gender equality is a very important topic when women play equally important roles in society and of course in the family. Mostly women face the inequitable distribution of domestic rights besides other responsibilities. We are driving camps to promote women’s empowerment in society and reduce the time poverty of women so they can get equal distribution in society. With that motive, we are organizing various camps related to women’s empowerment which could encourage awareness about that very important subject. we work for Providing employment opportunities to abandoned widows and needy women by training them in various industries, widow marriage, inter-caste marriage, and group marriage.

Tree Plantation

Understanding the importance of trees for our society we focus on tree plantation programs in our society to increase the balance of nature in all possible ways. The way global warming is increasing in our world it’s quite important to plant more trees. We are working for the overall development of our community and for that reason increasing the number of trees remains a very important aspect. The tree plantation program is one of our necessary missions to increase wellness in our society.

Other Important Works

Work is being done through coordination with the government. In this, the work has been done to reach the beneficiaries from the health of the children coming to the 45 Anganwadi centers of 10% panchayats to the pregnant women. From vaccination to women and children, the benefits were also provided. Due to this, the number of institutional deliveries has increased, as well as a reduction in maternal and child deaths has been recorded. Along with this, community cleaning work is also done by the village members. Under this, a community-based total cleanliness campaign was organized in Kherwada and Jhatol blocks. Medicines and medical facilities have been made available to 115 poor patients with the help of donors.

Yoga Camps

Hariom Seva Samiti prioritizes yoga as the ancient and indispensable path to holistic health. In Rishav Dev block, Udaipur, we’ve conducted yoga camps in 15 schools, enlightening students about its significance as a substitute for traditional treatments. The response is heartening, with 100 individuals already benefiting from these camps. We’re committed to fostering awareness and promoting the natural way of leading a healthy life. 

Health Program 

Hariom Seva Samiti’s healthcare initiatives stand out as a beacon of service. From our inception, we’ve collaborated with the government to conduct numerous health awareness camps, catering to underprivileged communities. Beyond awareness, our partnership with Anganwadis has led to impactful vaccination drives for little ones. Over 100 children have already benefited from our dedicated vaccination programs, marking a significant stride towards a healthier and happier community.

Women  Development

We are dedicated to empowering the cornerstone of our society—women. Through 15 impactful awareness camps, we’ve educated women about their rights and responsibilities, addressing conjugal issues along the way. This initiative has already positively impacted 550 individuals, fostering a supportive environment for women to thrive. Our commitment to their holistic development underscores our belief in the transformative power of empowering women within our community.

Tree Plantation and Distribution

To protect the environment, tree plantation is a crucial endeavor. Emphasizing the significance of this action we have organized tree plantation and distribution programs. With a mission to spread greenery and safeguard Mother Nature from deforestation, our initiative involves distributing five trees per family. To date, our organization has distributed a total of 400 trees, contributing to the preservation and enhancement of our environment. This proactive step aligns with our commitment to fostering a sustainable and ecologically balanced community.

Panchayat Reforms

Panchayat, the pillar of rural administration, is integral to the well-being of rural sectors. Recognizing this, Hariom Seva Samiti conducted awareness camps on government schemes spanning five panchayat areas in the Rishav Dev block. These programs disseminated vital information about citizens’ rights and duties. By fostering understanding of government initiatives, we empower communities to navigate and benefit from these schemes, promoting the overall welfare and development of the rural sector in these five panchayat regions.

Education Program 

Education, the gateway from darkness to light, is at the heart of Hariom Seva Samiti’s mission. We are committed to bringing this light to the grassroots level. Recognizing the alarming increase in dropout rates, our educational programs extend across five panchayats and twenty villages. Through targeted awareness programs, we emphasize the significance of education, portraying literacy and knowledge as integral to a life of worth. By unlocking individual potential, education becomes the key to achieving goals and collectively building a brighter future for the communities we serve.
